RETURN POLICY – BEACHSIDE SURF COMPANY
We get it—sometimes the fit’s not right, sometimes the colour looks different in real life, and sometimes you just change your mind. No worries. Here’s how we roll with returns.
30-Day Return Window
You’ve got 30 days from the day your order lands on your doorstep to return any full-priced item. Gear needs to be in fresh condition—unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still hanging on.
How to Kick Off a Return
Shoot us an email at beachsidesurfcompany@gmail.com with your:
• Order number
• Item you’re returning
• Whether you want a refund or an exchange
We’ll send you the return instructions faster than a summer swell hits the coast.
Refunds
Once your item makes it back to HQ and passes a quick check, we’ll send your refund back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 3–7 business days to release the funds.
Exchanges
Chasing a different size or colour? No drama. As soon as your original gear is back with us, we’ll send your new item out.
Sale Items
Sale gear can be exchanged, but refunds aren’t available unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives damaged or not what you ordered, let us know within 7 days. We’ll sort it out—our shout for shipping.
