SHIPPING POLICY – BEACHSIDE SURF COMPANY

We pack and ship everything with the same care we put into designing our gear—just note that our 12-year-old CEO, Alex, is juggling school, homework, and running a brand like an absolute legend. Thanks for your patience while we get your gear on the way. Here’s how we get your order from our beach to your doorstep.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and sent out within 5–7 business days. School hours slow us down a little, but we always make sure your gear leaves the beach in good shape. During big sales or product drops, things can get a little wild, so processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping option.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on where you live. Most Aussie orders arrive in 2–8 business days. Remote areas may take a little longer (Australia is big… like, really big).

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey—like a digital message in a bottle.

Shipping Issues

After your parcel leaves our hands, delays can happen due to weather, courier backlogs, or your local postie's coffee break.
If something seems off, reach out and we’ll help track it down.

Wrong Address

Entered the wrong address? Email us ASAP at beachsidesurfcompany@gmail.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it. If it has already left, we’ll work with the courier, but we can’t guarantee changes.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

If a parcel is marked delivered but nowhere to be found, contact the courier first, then let us know. We’ll help however we can, but we’re not responsible for parcels stolen after delivery.

Preorders

If an item is a preorder, the estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page. Your whole order may ship together unless stated otherwise.

Returns & Exchanges

Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind or size swaps. Faulty or incorrect items? That one’s on us.
