All content on this site—designs, photos, logos, and products—belongs to Beachside Surf Company. You can browse and shop, but please don’t copy or reuse anything without our permission.

2. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you’re confirming all details are correct. Prices are listed in AUD and may change from time to time. We accept major payment methods through our checkout.

If we spot an error with pricing or stock, we may need to cancel or adjust an order—but we’ll let you know straight away.

3. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping times vary depending on location and courier delays. Once your order leaves our hands, we’re all at the mercy of the delivery gods—but we’ll always help where we can.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30-day returns on full-priced items in unused condition with tags attached.
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded (unless faulty).

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at beachsidesurfcompany@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out quickly.

6. Behaviour on the Website
